Our Employment Team is a strong group of practitioners who advise large multinational companies, governmental institutions, and individuals on all aspects of employment law. We have provided counsel at all levels in employment disputes, from the Employment Tribunal through to the EAT, High Court, Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court, which is testament to the strength and depth of our team. We appear not only in England, Wales and Scotland but also have members qualified to appear in the Dubai International Financial Centre.

Our members undertake all aspects of employment law, collective and individual. Particular areas of expertise include industrial relations, off payroll working and IR35, and dismissals and employment rights. Many of our members have considerable experience in handling internal and regulatory investigations spanning a variety of sectors. As a multi-disciplinary set, our team has experience in matters that cross over with other areas of law, including insurance, tax, personal injury, and commercial litigation.

Our team has been at the forefront of Covid-19 related employment disputes. Matters have included advising businesses forced to restructure due to the pandemic, cases involving furlough fraud, and multi-claimant pandemic related discrimination claims.
