Devereux Junior Employment Seminar - February 2025
Our next Junior Employment Seminar will take place on 24 February 2025, at 5pm within Chambers, with drinks following.
The topic of the seminar will be 'Guide to Holiday Pay Claims, alongside Recent Developments', and will cover the following topics:
- Series of deductions (Agnew)
- Normal remuneration (De Mello, reg. 16(3ZA) WTR)
- Irregular Hours / Part-Year Workers (Harpur Trust, regs. 15A-F WTR, reg. 16A WTR)
The seminar will be led by John Platts-Mills, accompanied by Charlie Hill, Aparajita Arya, and Josh Neaman.
