Robert Weir KC, Stephen Cottrell, and Tom Westwell nominated for ‘Outstanding Case of the Year’
Devereux is delighted to announce that Robert Weir KC, Stephen Cottrell, and Tom Westwell’s case of TUI UK Ltd v Griffiths has been nominated for 'Outstanding Case of the Year' at The Personal Injury Awards 2024.
The trio acted successfully for the claimant in The Supreme Court, where it was confirmed that the court is generally bound to accept party’s expert evidence which is neither challenged in cross-examination, nor contradicted by the opposing party’s evidence.
