Birmingham City Council v Abdulla: equal pay equals costs?
The Supreme Court has recently held in Birmingham City Council v Abdulla & ors that claimants who were time-barred from bringing their claims under the Equal Pay Act 1970 in employment tribunals were not prevented from bringing their claims in the High Court.
