Supreme Court sets out test for disclosure of court documents to non-parties
In an article for LexisNexis, Harry Sheehan and Harminder Bains of Leigh Day examine the Supreme Court's decision in Cape Intermediate Holdings Ltd v Dring [2019] UKSC 38 that Asbestos Victims Support Groups Forum UK was entitled to access certain documents from a trial to which it was not a party, bringing much needed clarity to the ability of non-parties to access court documents relied upon in the course of litigation.
