The Devereux Employment team are pleased to launch their brand new podcast series. Every fortnight, a new episode exploring the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on UK Employment Law will be released.

In episode 1, Harry Sheehan is in conversation with Peter Edwards, a member of the COVID-19 Standing Working Group. They discuss the work of the group, explore how the Courts should continue to function during the lockdown, and review how both the Courts and the Employment Tribunal have adapted to working remotely.

You can listen to the podcast on Spotify, and soon on Apple Podcasts or your own favourite podcast player..

Peter Edwards is a specialist in employment law, and has a particular specialism in High Court litigation, disability discrimination, and whistleblowing claims.

Harry Sheehan is developing a broad practice covering all areas of employment law. He is regularly instructed to appear at both preliminary and final hearings, acting for both claimants and respondents. He has acted in cases involving a wide variety of issues and is particularly familiar with cases of unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and pay claims.
