22 QCs on the hot issues in employment law for 2015-16
22 QCs will each talk on a different key employment law topic thus offering practitioners the latest information on issues likely to be of concern in 2015-2016 ranging from employment legislation after the General Election, social media at work to the new regime on shared parental leave.
Top employment specialist, Andrew Burns QC was invited to speak along with a panel of esteemed employment barristers. Andrew’s topic “Enforcing collective agreements” looked at recent case law such as Sparks v Department for Transport and Norman v National Audit Office.
In addition to the talks, comprehensive documentation was given on each day to take away and refer to over the coming months.
The two day seminar took place at Strand Palace Hotel in London on Thursday 1 and Friday 2 October 2015. The event was organised and chaired by publisher Michael Rubenstein.
