Managing a trust business in 2015
This one day conference brought together esteemed tax specialists who shared key technical and practical tips to ensure a successful corporate trust business. It also included a panel of leading trust companies' CEOs discussing the challenges and opportunities they see in their business as well as a panel discussing trustees' powers and how exposed they can be.
In the afternoon, Marika Lemos facilitated a session on Employee Benefit Trusts Avoidance. Other sessions covered:
