Resolving tax disputes event
On 22ndJanuary 2015, Timothy Brennan QC took part in an evening seminar which focused on a noticeable change in the approach of HMRC to settling disputes and some significant new rules introduced which change the dynamic of disputes in some circumstances.
The event was organised by PricewaterhouseCoopers at their offices and offered guests the opportunity to hear how best to focus their efforts to create the best possible chance of resolving a dispute.
