Transcontinental trusts 2015 and international trust litigation
The 30th anniversary of this conference focussed on 'International trust litigation' and 'Transcontinental trusts.' Tax barrister, Jolyon Maugham QC was invited to join a panel of leading international trust experts and distinguished speakers. Jolyon’s topic ‘Practical Impact of Information Exchange’ took a closer look at ‘Growing Support for Redistribution: Panacea or Looming Collapse of the Welfare Status?’
