Employment Tribunal general damages uplift

In De Souza v Vinci Construction [2017] EWCA Civ 879, the Court of Appeal has decided that the 10% uplift on general damages applicable in civil proceedings should also apply to injury to feelings and personal injury awards in the employment tribunals.
