Max Schofield joins Devereux
Max Schofield has joined Devereux Chambers’ highly regarded tax team.
Max has a thriving tax practice far beyond his year of call and has represented clients in the Tribunals, High Court and Court of Justice of the European Union. Max is regularly instructed to advise and appear on a broad range of tax cases concerning VAT, SDLT, Customs and Excise Duties.
His clients have included numerous social media platforms, television channels, food and drink manufacturers, online casinos, and universities.
Max is on the Attorney General’s C Panel of Counsel and is editor of Wolters Kluwer’s: “A Handbook of EU VAT Legislation”.
